We couldn't have asked for a better house to host our hen party. Lots of space with a huge kitchen at its heart. The garden was fantastic for garden games, BBQs and evening drinks, with the hot tub to retreat to in the afternoon after a busy morning! With Action Glen just a short drive away, we were able to have some fun activities (we'd definitely recommend the highland games challenge!) mixed in with plenty of time to enjoy the house.
Had a really memorable time with our children and grandchildren to celebrate our golden wedding. We loved the space and light. Facilities are fantastic with many garden games (the trampoline was a huge hit with the young) and lots of board games for the evening. The kitchen is huge and I even enjoyed cooking on the Aga much to my surprise! The caterer Anne recommended was just excellent and I'd highly recommend using her.
This was our second visit to The Old Manse of Monzie and just as happy and relaxing a time as before- but this time with the added bonus of a very wonderful hot tub! This house is located in one of the more beautiful parts of Scotland - perfect for walking and escaping from our urban existence - yet just a couple of miles to Crieff with its many cafes, delis, and restaurants. Our 4 dogs love being here too with the enclosed garden so we don't worry about letting them out and lots of amazing walks nearby - the doggie biscuits and towels were appreciated too! Thank you Anne for thinking what dogs need.
We had a brilliant time in this gorgeous house celebrating my husband's 40th. The hot tub was the cherry on the cake and we found the instructions v easy and had no trouble with it whatsoever - champagne in the bubbles at night was memorable! Great location too and fab walking with stunning views. We loved playing round the table table tennis too. Coming back in August with parents and children for a big family holiday - we liked it that much!
