Situated in Crackington Haven on the north coast, near Bude and Boscastle, the area has outstanding countryside and coastal views, many enticing restaurants and is within easy reach of towns such as Padstow, Rock and Wadebridge. Many of the local beaches are sandy and ideal for surfing/sailing/fishing or just sunbathing! The house is ideally positioned for a variety of other activities including golf, tennis, horse riding, cycling (camel trail) and shopping.
Accommodation There are four double bedrooms, all en suite, all finished to a very high standard (two on the ground floor, two on the first floor). Two have zip and link beds (double or twin). Cot and high chair available. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is a large open plan living room with gallery and decked balcony taking full advantage of the sea views. Open fire. Large television with Sky, CD, DVD and docking station for i-pod. Fully equipped bespoke kitchen with AGA, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. Attached to the main house is Sea Haven, a stunning cottage that can be rented separately or together with the main house. Sea Haven is a self contained ground floor cottage, with exposed beams and natural stone fireplaces dating back to the 15th Century. Accommodation

Renovated to a very high standard, the cottage has two bedrooms (one with zip and link bed), both have en-suite bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath. Large sitting room with Sky TV, DVD and electric woodburning stove. Fully equipped bespoke kitchen/diner with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and oven, and washer/dryer. Cot and high chair available. Private terrace and garden with BBQ and seating. Private parking for up to four cars. Inclusive of electricity, heating, duvets,towels and linen. First basket of logs supplied free. Regret no pets and no smoking. Both properties have a path to the beach where there are two cafes/shops, public parking and a pub.
